All our rates always include breakfast.
If you wish to enjoy our gastronomic experience in full, you can book your room with our All-Inclusive.
Should you require to book a transportation service (round trip Airport-Hotel-Airport), we can book the service for you through our partner: rates $103.00usd round trip p/p or $60.00usd one way p/p (payment upon arrival at check-in). The service must be booked in advance with a minimum of 05 days prior to your arrival, you will receive the confirmation via e-mail in the following 48hrs after your request.
The service includes:
- Van from Airport to Port (Ultramar)
- Ferry Tickets (Public Ferry)
- Taxi from the Dock to Privilege Aluxes in Isla Mujeres
- Return service on your departure date
You can book the transfer directly during your room reservation process in our web page, simply adding the extra you wish to book (round trip or one way). Nevertheless, if you already have a reservation with us, to book this service, follow this link and fill the form with all the details requested
Please note:
- Cancun to Isla Mujeres: first ferry 5:30AM, last 11:00PM
- Isla Mujeres to Cancun: first ferry 6:00AM, last 12:00AM*
*(timetable may vary depending on season).
Outside this schedule the service can’t be provided, check your flight information (arrival and departure) to avoid inconveniences.
Please bear in mind that to book the transfers you will have to provide full details of your flights
We would like to remind you that Privilege Aluxes is located on Isla Mujeres. To access the property using the public ferry, which departs from various ports along the coast, it is important to consider the departure times when booking your flights and stay.
From the main departure port, Puerto Juarez, the schedules are as follows:
- Puerto Juarez (Cancun) to Isla Mujeres: first ferry at 5:30 a.m., last ferry at 11:00 p.m.
- Isla Mujeres to Puerto Juarez (Cancun): first ferry at 6:00 a.m., last ferry at 12:00 a.m.*
*Ferry schedules may vary depending on the season. For added security, please check the ferry company's website.
We would like to inform you that usually our check-in time is starting from 3.00 PM. If you are due to arrive earlier, you will be able to use our facilities from the moment of your arrival. In case your room is ready before our standard check-in time, we will be more than happy to provide you with the keys
Our check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
Enjoy our delicious breakfasts in our main restaurant, Sabor, with our famous buffet from 7 am to 11 am.
If you prefer breakfast on the beach, in our Playa Norte Beach Club you can enjoy our à la carte breakfast from 8 am to 11 am, mandatory reservation (from 8am to 4pm at Sabor Restaurant or at the reception).
Please be advised that all our rooms and Suites have only 1 King Size bed in the bedroom. We have no twin rooms on property.
If you choose a Suite, we can add a single bed in the living room, allowing 2 guests to sleep in separate beds, or to allow 3 guests to share the unit (with extra fee), nevertheless in this last case the bedroom will still have only one King size bed to be shared between 2 guests..
Privilege Aluxes is an Adults Only (+14y) hotel. To be able to check-in, minors must be accompanied by a legal adult.

We understand the importance of staying connected during your Isla Mujeres vacation. Our free WiFi can be used in all common areas and rooms. Use the access key provided during your check-in.
Privilege Aluxes is a smoke-free property.
Our property only has non-smoking rooms, and, to comply with the most recent update of Mexican no-smoking laws, we have no smoking-areas anywhere.
We value our guests' security, so access to Privilege Aluxes premises is exclusive only to our hotel guests.
Your friends and family are welcome to join you at our beach restaurant “Playa Norte Beach Club”, depending on availability and hotel occupation, for a fee ($ 200 Mexican pesos), granting access to the beach club (must be paid in advance at the beach area). This fee will include lounge chairs, palapas, and the facilities at the beach club only. (Food and beverages are not included). Access to the pools and room areas is not permitted.
Privilege Aluxes offers Room Service 24 hours with the meal plan "Bed and Breakfast" (supplements apply) or "All Inclusive".
You can order your room service dialling 809 from your room. You can find the menu for your Room Service using the QR code in your room.
Bali Beds are available at the beach area with an extra charge of 860MXN per day, that includes the following services.
- 2 extra sun-beds for each Bali bed.
- Water bottles
- Fruit skewers
- Beach toels
- Guaranteed reservation on your name
- Private, first line lcoation accessible only to reserved guests
- Private Security
The rest of our sun beds on the beach are free for our appreciated guests.
To book your Bali bed, you can either contact our Guest Experience via email at guestexperience@privilegehotels.com, or upon arrival.
