NEW PROCEDURE FOR PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED GUESTS: Due to the change of system, and to comply with the legal policies in terms of Security and Privacy, we are not allowed to migrate all your sensitive details. Here below you will find the instructions on how to proceed to refresh your data and maintain your level of loyalty:
- Log in as to register in bePrivilege with your best email and fill the form using the same email you used previously, and that you use in your reservations.
- The system will recognize your email and determine the corresponding loyalty level.
- If the same user registered more than one email address in the previous enrolment, or during check-in, the system will not be able to recognize all reservations as belonging to the same guest and won’t be able to sum all the reservations to the same user (each email represents a unique user). If this is the case, please feel free to contact us and we will fix it: firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating which reservation are missing and the main email you will use from now on.
In order to determine the loyalty level, our Loyalty program bePrivilege will consider all direct reservations with us starting from 2016. If you had reservations made through third parties in the past, the system will count only half of those nights to improve your Loyalty Level. From this communication on, only direct reservations with us will be considered (Call Center, Privilege Aluxes website, or email to the Reservations Department)
The process of migrating all your reservations is still ongoing, and it will take a few more days to be completed.
Moreover, we want to inform you that we are working to grant that once registered, you will see all your future direct reservations, booked prior to January 30th, 2023, and not yet enjoyed. These reservations, even if not currently visible in your account, are all confirmed in our system. Meanwhile, if you need us to re-send you the confirmation by email, let us know.
