As far as the testimonial goes we have nothing but wonderful things to say about the hotel and service!
Planning a destination wedding can be stressful but the prompt communication between Elba, the wedding coordinator and the reservations agent made things go very smoothly. Elba was very quick to answer our questions and utilize all our wedding preferences for the ceremony and for the reception through email. The reservations desk was quick to reserve the rooms for our guests and even made accomodations for last minute room changes.
 
We arrived at Privilges 6 days before the wedding..Partly to relax before our family and friends arrived for the weekend and partly to see how the service at the hotel was and what we should expect for the wedding.
 
Our six days flew by quickly and we were truly treated like royalty. Upon arrival The room was modern and more than accomodating with beautiful views of the ocean and our own sun deck and pool on the balcony. They had wine and a fruit and cheese plate waiting in the room for us with flower petals on the floor leading to the bedroom. We were greeted by every person on staff and treated as though we were the only guests in the hotel. Any request we had the staff was quick to accomodate. The great service continued on to our guests and throughout our whole stay. The food was great every meal and we never had to worry about what we were going to eat next! The bartenders are very friendly and can make almost any drink you can handle and will keep em coming into the late night.
 
The wedding was incredible! Better than we could have ever imagined! Elba was onsite throughout the entire event making sure that everything went well. You can tell she has lots of experience as she was able to offer suggestions when we were unsure of decisions that had to be made. Every suggestion she offered only helped to make our wedding more personal and smooth than what we could have done without her.
Ricardo the DJ was amazing! He got everyone dancing and kept it up for hours! Definitely hire him!
We cant say enough about our stay and wedding at the Privilges! We appreciate all your hardwork and your staffs hardwork!
Please pass this on to your staff! We wanted to thank Edgar,Guerrero,Luis, Jesus, David, Nimrod,Alex,our bellman (sorry cant remember his name helped us with coolers though), everyone at the front desk..and the list goes on and on!
