If you are planning on doing a whale shark tour while staying @ Privilege, this is what you may need to know:
The Season: The closing date of the season is September15, 2011.There are no tours until next 2012 season.
By the way, anyone offering to take you outside of these dates is running illegal tours.
The touch is NOT permitted. All whale shark tours are strictly eco-tours and snorkelers should swim within 2 meters (6.6 feet) of the Whale Sharks.
You can expect to see between 20 and 50 Whale Sharks during the course of their tours.
